Loan servicing · Payment schedules & loan ledger

Payment schedules that match the mortgage — and a ledger that never loses history.

Amortivo generates each loan's schedule from its terms and posts every payment, charge and correction to an append-only ledger. When terms change, the schedule is regenerated from the effective date — history stays untouched.
